We reserve the right to substitute items that become unavailable. Any substitution will be of the same type, equal or greater value, and as close to the original as possible. We'll let you know if a significant change is made.

Fresh floral arrangements are assembled to order and may vary slightly in flower variety and styling. Size and overall character will remain consistent with what's shown.

If your order arrives with a missing, defective, or damaged item, contact us within 24 hours of receipt at hello@assembly852.com with your order number and photos. We'll arrange a replacement or equivalent remedy at no cost.
