Remote Area Surcharge

An additional delivery fee of HK$250 applies to the following locations:

• Outlying Islands (Lantau Island, Cheung Chau, Lamma Island, Peng Chau, and other outlying islands)
• Remote rural areas, village houses, and locations inaccessible by standard vehicle

If you're unsure whether your delivery address qualifies as a remote area, contact us before placing your order at hello@assembly852.com or on WhatsApp.

Delivery Window

Orders are dispatched within 5–7 business days. We will confirm your estimated delivery date by email. If you need delivery by a specific date, add a note during checkout and we'll do our best.

Typhoon & Severe Weather

No deliveries will be made under Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above, Red and Black Rainstorm Signals, states of emergency, or natural disasters. Affected orders will be rescheduled for the next available delivery day at no additional cost.

Failed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to recipient unavailability or an incorrect address, a redelivery fee may apply. Assembly 852 is not responsible for delays caused by inaccurate delivery information provided at checkout.

Returns & Refunds

We stand behind the quality of everything in our assemblies.

If your order arrives with a missing, defective, or damaged item, contact us within 24 hours of receipt at hello@assembly852.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will arrange a prompt replacement of the affected item(s) or provide an equivalent remedy at no cost to you, including return shipping.

Conditions

• Returns are only accepted for product defects or damage on arrival.
• Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
• No return, exchange, or refund for any reason other than a product defect.
• Alcohol and perishable items are non-returnable once delivered, except in cases of clear damage or spoilage on arrival.

Refund processing: Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
