By placing an order with Assembly 852, you agree to the following terms. Assembly 852 reserves the right to amend these terms at any time without advance notice. The most current version will be published on this page. Assembly 852 reserves the final right of interpretation of all terms and conditions.

Independent Curator Disclaimer

Assembly 852 is an independent design studio and curator. We are not an authorised distributor of the third-party brands included in our assemblies, and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or in partnership with any of those brands. All trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

Secondary Retailer Notice

Assembly 852 is a curated secondary retailer. Manufacturer warranties may not apply to goods purchased through Assembly 852. All quality concerns, defects, and returns should be directed to us directly — not to the brand or original manufacturer.

Product Accuracy

Product images and descriptions are for reference only. Specific items within a basket may be subject to availability and seasonal variation. In such cases, we reserve the right to substitute with an item of equal or higher value and the same character without notice, including after confirmation of a transaction.

Alcohol

By placing an order that includes alcohol, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older, and that you will ensure the recipient is also of legal drinking age. Under the law of Hong Kong, intoxicating liquor must not be sold or supplied to a minor in the course of business.

Pricing

All prices are in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD). Assembly 852 reserves the right to introduce promotions and amend pricing at any time without prior notice. Prices shown at the time of checkout are final. Payment is processed securely through Stripe and goods will not be dispatched until payment is confirmed.

Custom Message Cards

Personalised message cards are handwritten and included at your request. Message content must not include profanity, language that could be considered threatening or harassing, content that contravenes any laws of Hong Kong or the People's Republic of China, or content that is offensive in any way that Assembly 852 deems unacceptable. Assembly 852 reserves the right to decline or amend any message that does not meet these standards.

Limitation of Liability

Assembly 852 shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services, beyond the value of the original order.
